Hal Block

Hal has been in the food service industry for over thirty years and has served on many of the industries committees. He was the national president of MAFSI,on the FSCSI liaison committee as well as serving on many NAFE M committees. He brings a wealth of knowledge to the YBR team, working with manufacturers, consultants and dealers to bring jobs to a profitable and successful conclusion.

Rick Rivera

Rick has over 20 years experience in the food service industry with a strong oem dealer and consultant background. He was the Northeast territory manager for a major food service specialty hardware and plumbing manufacturer, working with oems and consultants to get them the right products for their jobs. Rick later joined Young Block Associates and transferred that experience to the dealer market, providing them innovative and profitable products throughout the Tri-state area. Rick is a member of Mafsi.

Steven Levine

Steven has extensive Dealer/Distributor, OEM experience in the Commercial Foodservice Equipment and Plumbing Supply Industries. He lead the growth as a principal of a national distributor of wholesale foodservice equipment hardware and plumbing specialties. Steven fully understand the needs of the dealer/distributor/consultant/oem/wholesale supply chain. The years he was employed at an OEM allowed him to fully utilize his creative process to streamline the companies manufacturing production needs. His vast experience and creative thinking has led to strong and confident business relations with his clients for over 30 years. His pioneering and inventive thinking has helped many clients reduce costs and increase their profitability In his lifelong journey.
